Lithium-based grease is prepared by thickening mineral oil with lithium hydroxy fatty acid soap and adding a variety of additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-rust and anti-corrosion, and other extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. Lithium-based grease has excellent water resistance, mechanical stability, extreme pressure and abrasion resistance, water resistance and pumpability, rust resistance and oxidation stability. Lithium-based grease can also exert its superior lubrication performance under extremely harsh operating conditions.

It is generally believed that the higher the number of lithium-based grease, the higher its dropping point.

Performance characteristics: This product is a grease prepared by thickening mineral oil with fatty acid lithium soap and adding a variety of additives.

The product has good water resistance, mechanical safety, corrosion resistance, oxidation stability and pumpability. It is characterized by high dropping point and wide operating temperature range, which is especially suitable for lubrication of various high temperature and high speed.

This product is a general-purpose grease that can replace calcium-based grease, sodium-based grease, and calcium-sodium-based grease. It is used for the lubrication of rolling bearings, sliding bearings and other friction parts of various mechanical equipment within the operating temperature range of -20℃～120℃

1# is suitable for centralized grease feeding system.

2# is suitable for mechanical equipment with medium speed and medium load. Such as automobiles, tractor wheel bearings, small and medium-sized motors, water pumps and blowers, etc.

3# is suitable for mining machinery, automobiles, tractor wheel bearings, large and medium-sized motors and other equipment.
